Can you confirm the exact distribution you are using, "Red Hat" refers to a legacy Distribution. Do you mean Red Hat Enterprise Linux or something else? It might be however the Drivers for the wifi are not installed, when you say you are unable to configure it, is it detected/listed or not?
Are you sure it does not see your other drive? It's more likely just not mounted, if you could confirm by doing "ls /dev/ | grep sd". This should list the active drives + partitions that the server can see (assuming you are using SATA/SAS based drives)
