The odds of you getting your reason and Cubase fully functional under WINE are slim to none. (to be blunt)
Your options are:
1. Keep using windows (sorry dude)
2. Switch to linux type versions of similar programs. A quick search on the net picked up http://librenix.com/?inode=5561,http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/linux/AUDIO_EDITORS/. Doing a good search will probably bring up some good stuff; however, as of right now I'm not sure if there are any really good Cubase or Reason rivals for linux.
3. Buy a Mac!!!! (reason and cubase are both available on the mac side of the fence).
