error: unable to connect to socket: Connection refused (111) ;


I experienced this error when trying to connect to windows computers on the network using the VNC(virtual network connector).
I need help urgently since i want to administer the other computers on windows.Am using Fedora 10

Is your windows firewall enabled? Have you set up iptables or such?
