Don't show boot messages during Clonezilla boot-up. Splash screen?

I am at a loss trying to figure out the options to not show the scrolling boot messages during the boot-up of Clonezilla.

Is there a way to have a loading splash screen or even have a static logo that is displayed during the boot process? I have my automated recovery method all ready to go short this one last feature. I have searched all over and am coming up empty on this one.

StartUpManager....Splashy....anything?

Thanks in advance.

Sure but I will let you find it. Look at the cd. Start looking at all the folders and the root but look for menu even if they are not .txt or doc formats. Then when you find that or those files study up on how people use those files.

Use plain text editor. Notepad on Windows even. If it says might be binary file then go to next file.

....hmm

Not sure how to respond to that post really. I have searched through each directory on the clonezilla live iso.

I have modified the syslinux.cfg file pretty extensively to do exactly what I'm trying to do.

When I open the two menu files in the syslinux folder I get nothing remotely readable.

There aren't many files in the iso...any chance on you spilling the secret on the file name that I'm looking for even? I'll go off and try to figure out how to make the changes if this is the not proper place to ask questions to learn.

TIA

What happens when you look at syslinux.cfg with a word editor?

syslinux.cfg is the file I have modified to this point. I have tried a few switches and different things in there, none of which resulted in the outcome I'm looking for. I have the menu setup the way I want it. I'm just looking to suppress all the scrolling text during the start-up.
