Since there is no "edited" comment on your post, you could have just closed the window and not posted. In future, if you want a moderator to do something like close a thread, you should click the "report this post to a modeartor" link (at the bottom right of every post) and let us know what you want us to do.

I have reported your post and expect it to be closed soon.

wtf? i could of just closed the window? dont be a smart ass. I did hit submit twice, and i did edit this post.. as for it not showing up that i edited it, what do you want me to do about it?

Politeness costs absolutely nothing - name calling any of our members, not just moderators, is frowned upon. Since there was no edited comment, such as "Last edited by ..." which is shown when someone edits their post, I assumed you had 2 submit posts windows open and posted the above because you just carried on going.

The point about correctly reporting your mistake still stands.

yea and i will do that next time if i ever post again.. but the fact is i did edit the post and it didnts how up? maybe it doesnt show up if no one replys before i edit it. either way it didnt show up.

i've seen a few conditions under which one edits a post and it doesn't show-up as "edited"...

but still, you should listen to the moderators and you should show some respect...
