I want install gstreamer o.10.9 on my Suse 10.1
I read the installation file so I execte the first step for installing.
I have typed ./configure but The shell displayed the following strings

I don't understand, Is Suse built in gcc compiler?

It's not installed by default -- you need to add the development tools.

also, be sure to add the -devel versions of any dependencies.

I have thought to GCC compiler http://gcc.gnu.org/ but the installation procedure is very long and difficult for a newbie.
There are many concepts that I don't know.
Can anyone help me to install the GCC compiler or advise another compiler (easy to install)

The development tools and libraries are on your distribution CD-ROMs or DVD if you have that -- look at your documentation (or the website) for instructions for installing.
