Can't see win98 trough samba.

Hi all!
It's a great day to me (or great night...) as I have, for the first time, configured samba server correctly! Cheers!
Now I wanna be able to see my other win98 station trough my suse box. It's samba client, the one I should bother, isn't it?
I am running samba 2.2.8a-34, according to rpm -q.

what desktop environment? for kde:

open up the konqueror file manager.
if you don't have a left side pane with icons down the center, press the f9 key.
click the last button down the center of the frames divider (the services button). i'm using kde 3.1.1 and the services button's icon is a star.
drag the "Lan Browser" icon from the konqueror frame to your desktop. that's like your network neighborhood thingy.

I'm using kde 3.1.1, too.
But konqueror says "Error: protocol not supported: lan."
