Can't access site

Hi, I have a problem accessing my site.

My Gateway, is using Ubuntu.
From ssh command, I can't ping it (and can't access it).

But, when I ssh to my client's gateway (different ISP), I can ping it (and can access it).

My admin says that it's the DNS problem in my Gateway but when I change the DNS on my computer, still the problem exists.

are there anything could cause this? because yesterday, my site can be accessed from my gateway.

Does using the IP address instead of the hostname work? If yes then is really is a DNS problem. If no, then it some some sort of routing problem: you can try to use traceroute to find out what is going on.

Ping IP address (from my gateway) doesn't work too.

Tracerouting, only shows triple stars from hop 1 to hop 30.

in my Client SSH, this doesn't happen.
