How to add MIB's in snmpd.conf file

I wan't to add tcp/ip TCP-MIB.txt and UCD-SNMP-MIB.txt system MIB files in snmpd.conf file so that wherever I run cfgmaker it loads all the mibs in that new mrtg.cfg file. And I also wan't to do MRTG of T1 line so how to configure that in snmp.
