hwmp proactive mode required

I use HWMP implementation for NS 2.33. All is working fine, but don’t work
proactive mode. I tried to uncomment line #define ROOT_INDEX (4). But it
doesn’t change anything. Maybe someone can help, I don’t know what I doing
wrong. Maybe I need define some MP to broadcast messages? my email is iftikhar_icp@yahoo.com

plz send me the hwmp protocol source code in ns2 that has proactive mode in which all data pass through root node.
