You should know that you need to provide some actual DETAILS when asking a question, and you should also be easily able to apply anything you've learned, in the many years you've been using Linux, to help you do basic troubleshooting. Thanks TBone for remembering, But I am facing the situation where cpu wa is taking almost 95 to 98%, I have checked with vmstat command, could you please help me on this.

Apparently not, since if you've not learned ANYTHING over the past decade, there isn't much else we can tell you. Have you done ANY troubleshooting??? Go back, and look through any of the many, MANY threads you've opened about such things, and try any of those steps again.

How are you collecting the sar data? The samples seem to be at strange intervals... or 10 minute intervals with lots of gaps?

What did you see when you checked vmstat?
CPU "wa" means "Time spent waiting for IO" in recent kernels. If indications are that it might be an I/O problem, have you tried to look into this - iostat, iotop, nmon, etc can help here.
