Panel eating my applications
 

When I go to minimize applications the panel eats them and they are closed.there must be a fix.

Does the apps 'button' show in the panel when the app is running?

It would be most helpful to know what distro and desktop you're using.

Whose panel? KDE, Gnome, Xfce, what?

Did you find solutions to these problems on your own? If so, please share them. There are several reasons to do this:

• It brings closure to the thread.
• More important, it helps to create an "archive of answers" at LQ.
• Perhaps most important, it allows you to contribute to LQ.
• Finally, some us think it's rude not to reply to our polite & well meant Q's.
