Hmm? Scorch, Lockout (a Xonix clone), Major Stryker, Doom and ROTT (Both shareware versions), Duke Nukem 3d, A-10 Tank Killer and MS Flight Simulator 1,2,3,or 4 (Both came with a HD I got), CAP (Combat Air Patrol). Those were my favorites, before 2000 anyway.
Although I was pretty sure Duke said this repeatedly I had to look it up. At first I was confused because it is attributed to the "Assault Commander" also called "Fat Commander" in that Boss battle on the Duke Nukem IMDB Quotes page. However then I found this

We've already tried to discuss whether Duke 3D (at least the Atomic version) was a DOS game or not and I have yet to fire up my DOS gaming box but I do recall 2 oddball things about the game
1) I had to download an Agult Versioning file since I had bought the CD from either WalMart or KMart who only handled the censored version. Booooooring.
2) There was an instruction section on the CD for solving mostly soundcard issues so that the game could be installed in a DOS session from within Win95.
So perhaps it was technically a DOS game that with jumping through a few hoops, would run in Win95.
Arcane you seem to be of the mind that Duke Nukem 3D was a full-fledged Win95 game incapable of running in DOS when at the very least it was a transitional game. From the wiki

I remember Duke Nukem 3D as one of those Super VGA DOS games that used the Scitech Display Doctor ("univbe.exe") to support the VESA video modes that it used.
If you're playing Duke Nukem 3D these days, don't use DosBox. Use eduke32. There's also a version on Steam with a different modern engine.

Yeah, I've got the steam version of Duke and it's completely awesome. Support for higher resolutions and updated graphics and text rendering. But not too upgraded to not bring nostalgia. I highly recommend it.
