Hi,

Yeah that one is a little weird. It would smell like the music and film industries if not for the use of the word "moral".

Actually, the music and movie industry do use what they consider a "moral" argument. They just call it something else: "intellectual property," which implies that obtaining it without paying the tariff is theft.

It may be "property," but, in most cases, it most certainly is not "intellectual."
