if i understood well you want to install Dragora and windows as dual-boot.
In my opinion the most easy think that you can do is to install windows and after that you can create a live usb/cd with a distribution which has
gparted software as pre-loaded(eg.Ubuntu).So you can create the exact partitions which you will use to install the Dragora.
