$username,

I'm extremely excited to announce that just over 11 years ago today I made my very first post at LQ, which served to introduce it to the web. As I've stated numerous times, since then LQ has exceeded my expectation in every way. 4,382,316 posts and 457,176 registered members does not even begin to tell the story. The community and mod team that has grown at LQ is truly amazing and something that I'm very proud to be a part of. I'd like to once again thank each and every LQ member for their participation, dedication and feedback. Without you, LQ quite simply wouldn't exist.

To say that feedback has been absolutely critical to our success is an understatement. With that in mind, I'd like to collect as much feedback as possible about LQ. What are we doing well and where can we improve? What new features or sections would you like to see? What should we be doing differently? Let us know your thoughts and as a thank you, I'll be randomly selecting 11 suggestions and will upgrade the posting member to a contributing member for one year. Visit http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...eleven-888351/ to let us know what you think. That's not all though. As part of our birthday celebration, we'd like to give away some great prizes. Visit http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ration-888584/ for details on how to win LQ Merchandise, a pass to OSCON 2011 and more.

We recently released a major upgrade to the LQ Mobile native android app. This upgrade should address many of the outstanding issues people were having. If you haven't downloaded the LQ Mobile app yet, visit https://market.android.com/details?i...etin.build_114 to do so. As iOS app should be released in the very near future. If you have any feedback on the app, visit http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...id-app-876143/ and let us know. Don't forget that we recently launched http://www.AndroidQuestions.org/ to help with all your android-related needs.
