Have you used yum search?
Does it have to be that exact version?
I would just use the command
Quote:
yum list libusb
or
Quote:
yum list libusb-1.0.19

Welcome to LQ.

No package libusb-1.0.19.tar.bz2 available
Probably not available on any OS. (Unless you download it.)
It is source code.
And : Version 1.0.19 is available for Fedora 21 only.
(Source package libusbx-1.0.19-2.fc21.src.rpm contains '1.0.19')

HP 1108 : May remind of 1008 ?

* libusb is always installed. But is `hplip´ installed :
# yum install hplip
