Stable Linux Distro for frequent power cuts

Hello Friends,
I am trying out different Linux Distros, some are easy to use some take time(me being a windows user!). Now I have a different kind of problem, I live in a place where power cuts are frequent so I would like to know if there is any distro which remain stable even if it is not shut down properly and the power goes. I mean when the power comes back it should not give me surprises in the form of warnings or becoming unstable or corrupting the data.

What about Debian base distros or Debian itself? I've been using Linux Mint Debian Edition recently and had a power outage, once the power came back on, LMDE booted without any errors, everything ran as normal. Though, my area doesn't have many outages often either.

This is really more a function of the underlying filesystem and its ability to handle power drops more than the OS. You can run any Linux distro on ext2/3/4 (for instance) and lose data if the power cuts at just the wrong time. On the other hand, a good hardware RAID controller with a battery-backed cache can keep your filesystem consistent even with power cuts because the battery backed cache isn't immediately wiped when the power goes out.
