Posted 08-09-2022 at 06:06 PM by kleinde66

i have found in old laptops, acer aspire 7720 series and hp dv9700. i have installed Debian 10,11 on
the bios is 32bit and the motherboard are 64bit so.......
in this age of trying to do away with 32bit os's and not making programs for them.
ventroy is straight 64bit, from what i could tell no 32bit support.
MultiOS-USB is straight 64bit, from what i could tell no 32bit support.
dd didn't work for me either, i think it was because i was using a 64 bit system to wright the usb.
there is also polop
multisystem final worked it takes longer to wright os to usb but when nothing else works.

repo
deb http://liveusb.info/multisystem/depot all main
update
apt install multisystem
