HOWTO to build libffmpeg21 yourself in Ubuntu
from ubuntu.pkgs.org download (ubuntu 18.04) and install:
libx264-152_0.152.2854+gite9a5903-2_amd64.deb
libx264-dev_0.152.2854+gite9a5903-2_amd64.deb
download:
https://ffmpeg.org/releases/ffmpeg-2.1.tar.gz
https://sourceforge.net/projects/qdv.../debian.tar.gz
ffmpeg-2.1.tar.gz to ffmpeg_2.1.orig.tar.gz rename and unpack
debian.tar.gz into folder ffmpeg-2.1 unpack
DECLARE_ALIGNED by DECLARE_ASM_CONST replace in libswresample/x86/resample_mmx.h (located in ffmpeg-2.1)
into the directory ffmpeg-2.1 change and execute the following command:
debuild -us -uc
- titles, fixed or animated.
- images or photos, fixed or animated.
- movie clips
- music
