It is said mplayer can play all kinds of file
But I have noticed that some youtube videos give error 'unsupported codec'
Does anyone agree ?
I request for ffplay .
ffmpg can do all transcoding while ffplay can play all kinds of file.Yet one thing is lacking that is combining video clips using ffmpeg ? (i do using mencoder)
Anyone has a solution ?

Still nothing beats MPlayer for me. Of GUI players, Totem is getting pretty decent.

I think the Dragon Player interface is very pleasant, but I use VLC as the main media tool. So my vote goes there. The recent interface makeover agrees with me!
