The polls do indeed close today. If you haven't voted yet you don't have much time left, so hurry! The results should be available soon after the polls close.

I can hardly wait for the results, Jeremy! :)

I hope there are a couple of surprise winners in there!!

NamShub 02-03-2005 08:52 PM

Jeremy:

Woah sorry about that. I thought the results were public so I posted some comments; I didn't know it was a glitch in the forum...

Obviously all those posts make no sense without the result, I guess you can delete them if theres gonnna be a delay before its official.

Sorry.

jeremy 02-03-2005 09:13 PM

NamShub, no problem. There was certainly no way for you to know the results weren't official. The slip up was 100% my fault. I'd anticipate the press release going out Sunday or Monday, but I might give a sneak peak at the results before then ;)

FWIW, I tried to vote a little after 8:30 PM PST on 23 Feb but the polls were already closed. I thought they were open through this date.

jeremy 02-04-2005 10:15 AM

The polls closed 35 days to the second after they started.

Yep, fair is fair, we've been waiting a long month. Please can we see the results?

C'mon waiting is getting very boring

J.W. 02-05-2005 03:20 PM

I'm certain that the results are being counted as we speak and that the results will be unveiled shortly. -- J.W.

ultramancool 02-05-2005 03:58 PM

Why would they have 2 count them
The forums software does that automatically
