Fonk Member Registered: May 2004 Location: Dortmund / Germany Distribution: Debian, Fedora Posts: 44 Rep:	obsd: constant pc speaker beep with gigabyte board Hi, during the first reboot after installing OpenBSD on my computer with a gigabyte board with intel chipset (a little bit older one with Pentium 3 1Ghz CPU) I get a constant beep from the pc speaker during booting the kernel! The computer works apart from that perfectly... Perhaps useful to mention is that I do net have this problem with booting the installation kernel during installation from cd! Also see: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...postid=1867243 Is it just an incompatibility with my board or is there anything I can do?
