Migrate partitions from linux tot freebsd slices

I want to migrate my system from slackware to freeBSD. Is it possible to keep the partitions from slackware into FreeBSD ? Right now I have a home partition (mounted on /home) and I want to move this partition to freebsd, so I can keep all my data. Is there a way/manual how to do this ?

Thanks in advance,

Jan Meskens

You can mount ext2 in FreeBSD. Other than that, tar it up.
