Kernel 4.14.67 build issue - how to track

I downloaded the kernel provided by one of our vendors. Surprisingly, it has build error because pcm.h included in linux/sound/core/pcm_misc.c is missing.

How/where do I verify the kernel.org source tree for this exact release, without downloading the entire tree/release? I would like to verify if the original tree already has this issue.
