There is no Ethernet card in your list. Perhaps did you truncate scanpci output ?

Just now i downloaded drivers for Marvel from
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/...oup+laptop/wpi

and i installed SUNWwpi package by using pkgadd command.

after that i am not able to find next sep.
also my system showing "wificonfig is not found"

It would help if you tell which one of the network interfaces you want to use in the first place.
The twisted pair interface should be supported with the myk driver.
There is also an Intel wifi driver that seems to have issues at least with OpenSolaris (Open bug:
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6908040 )
I don't know if there is a driver with Solaris 10 for the latter.
