How to include password with su-command?

Hi,

I know this kinda goes to the numerous autologin questions, but anyone, any clues about this? All I wanna do is use su <username> without giving any password after that. The question is basically how to override the password completely, or "automatically" give the password when prompted. I think this can be done, but obviously I don't know how ;)

Have you thought about using sudo instead?

Could you please tell me how to use sudo? I'd be very happy, if that was the solution :) Actually I've installed it and my username is part of the "sudoers". It works, but it prompt me for the password. How do I actually set the sudo, so that it won't prompt me for password? I only need one python-progie to run and of course the proggie requires root-access...
