How to include password with su-command?

Hi,

I know this kinda goes to the numerous autologin questions, but anyone, any clues about this? All I wanna do is use su <username> without giving any password after that. The question is basically how to override the password completely, or "automatically" give the password when prompted. I think this can be done, but obviously I don't know how

Have you thought about using sudo instead?

Could you please tell me how to use sudo? I'd be very happy, if that was the solution Actually I've installed it and my username is part of the "sudoers". It works, but it prompt me for the password. How do I actually set the sudo, so that it won't prompt me for password? I only need one python-progie to run and of course the proggie requires root-access...
