When you are in the terminal window, you must type the following lines:
su Password: ?root password? Then and only then you do the setup -net line. One you have installed OOo you go type exit This takes you back to being a "normal" user. Then you type cd /opt/OpenOffice.org1.1.0 (or wherever it went) setup This installs it for yourself. You get two choices, I can't remember the exact wording but use the one that takes less memory. thanks people , i just reinstall everthing .... start to square 1 :D, now its working, but a new problem comes, many programs crashes
