GPL and Opensource licensing
 
Hi
Whats difference between GPL and open source licensing ?
Can anyone shed a light on this in detail ?

Open source licensing is a general term covering many different software licenses that specify source code must be open. GPL is one of those licenses.

PS... there are a zillon open source licenses so you might want to be a bit more specific.
