Hey guys ...
I recently installed Ubuntu 15.04 Vervet Vivid Beta 1 and let my unhappiness to have access to my hard disk backups.
Attached sending me the error that appears when I try to access.
Someone help me?

The Master File Table (MFT) seems to be damaged, so it is possible that you are not able to access the files neither from linux nor from windows.

You can try to repair it with
Quote:
sudo ntfsfix /dev/sda1
You might also want to check the health of the hard drive with smartctl command

Already run the command "sudo ntfsfix / dev / sda1" and the result is in the attached image.

According to the image, ntfsfix says it has corrected the error.
If it cannot be mounted yet, you may have to reboot the computer.
