HTML5 Installation

How can I install the files in order to make HTML5 function properly? My OS
is Linux Mint 17.1 MATE Rosa (64bit).

What browser are you using?

ondoho 09-24-2017 03:17 AM

it depends on the browser.
it is extremely unlikely that your current browser would not support html5.
if you want to create html5 web pages, it is not a question of software, but of coding standards.

Just to clarify that, you don't have to install something extra to make HTML5 working. HTML5 support is entirely provided by your web browser, and all somewhat modern browsers support it out of the box.
If you have problems using HTML5 content, you might want to give us more information:
- Which browser in which version are you using?
- What exactly are the problems?
- Can you give us a link or a sample of HTML5 that triggers the problem?

op probably just means that youtube videos aren't working.

It would help to know what isn't working properly and how it is malfunctioning. You may want to read this: https://www.linuxquestions.org/linux...Ask_a_Question

Remember, the more information you provide, the easier it is for others to help you.
