Im trying to install apache on fedora 16 can anyone help

Hi and welcome to LQ,

Fedora 16 went EOL 5 yrs (since 2013-02-12), so don't even try to install anything on it.
Install or upgrade to the latest Fedora 27 and then do what you want to do

Bathory means if you try to install apache on F16 it probably won't work. You need a more recent distro.
