Bittorent through terminal
Hello,
Is there a way to run torrents from the terminal? i really dislike the new version of bt and remember seeing that there was a way to run torrents through the terminal, mainly so u can download multiple files at once instead of waiting for one to finish? thanks |
I've never used a graphical one in my life ... so
yes, there is :} Cheers, Tink |
Hi again, Tinkster--and stop harassing the newbies :p
--- OP: I suggest you read these three articles: http://homepages.tesco.net/~J.deBoyn...o-answers.html http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html `Smart questions' also has links to the first two. And since I've already spent my time here, I might as well say btdownloadcurses. Make of it what you can. hth --Jonas |
man:btdownloadcurses
The Forum search is a great tool. "Opening bittorrent files" http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/history/333219 So is Google. "Command line BitTorrent client" http://www.cyberciti.biz/nixcraft/vi...nt-client.html |
I actually prefer ctorrent.
