How can i show network configuration in text mode
i have to display a network configuration from remote server, and i try with redhat-config-network, but doesn't work...
i need the IP address and DNS... |
try ifconfig as root :)

in suse i use yast and navigate into text menues and options... have you an idea of some similar package in redhat AS 2.1? |
Ahh try system-config-network, or redhat-config-network, I am not sure what version thay changed it in, should give you a text version if you are on a ssh terminal, or a GUI if you are local and in X..
