Hello. First and foremost I am brand new to linux.

Onto my issue. I am attempting to install the latest ipsec tools onto a fresh fedora machine using their latest iso.

I am following THESE basic instructions on how to do it, but I am getting an error when trying to run

The first command on the website checking for ipsec tools came up with nothing. I downloaded the ipsec tools to the downloads folder. I unpacked the file using the given tar command. Not sure what is wrong or how to fix it. I tried searching google but didn't come up with much i could understand.

Any help is appreciated.
