Kernel Panic while trying to configure 2.6.16 for fglrx driver in Gentoo
So, im trying to install the fglrx (ATI proprietary) driver in my gentoo system. However, after following the directions at http://odin.prohosting.com/wedge01/g...aq.html#kernel and building the new kernel, I recieved a "kernel panic: interrupt" when trying to boot the newly compiled kernel.
