Need ISA network card (SMC 8216C) linux driver
 

My OS is ubuntu 16.04 LTS desktop.
I have an ISA network card (SMC 8216C), this is very old card.
I need its linux driver but so far can not find it.
I found someone had the similar question before, here it was.

But the link it's unreachalbe now.

Does anyone know where to get the driver ?
Or where to get the source code ?
