Well, I finally found out about LiveUSB making. I found out from live.pirillo.com. Link is Here. It does wipe out your USB when doing so. But I have not yet read it all. But now I have to plan on getting another USB or (maybe) SD card for it. So, that's what.

1 what kind of bios do you have?
2 yes the usb needs to be empty
3 don't worry about badware, thats what linux is for

Also, I found a vid on Windows with the doing for Linux LiveUSB from YouTube. But it shows for Slax Linux Distro.

it might be mentioned in your bios? to say it a bit clearer the motherboard brand and type is what you need..

unless infects means a sledgehammer or a 40 ton truck it will not affect linux.
(alays be carefull tough when installing any servers etc...) a firewall is not even needed

Yeah, I will have to see about that. How do I the motherboard brand and type? Do I take of the cover of the tower to see it or is it on a manual or in the System properties?

Well the infects are in like the registry & other places of system.
