hi,

in konqueror u can type in ur directory like /home/joe
and in icewm u can do ctrl-L and then type in ur directory

how do u do this in xffm?

I think you need Ctrl+Down Arrow.

This brings up an address bar where you can type the path of the directory

this is now my favorite window manager :)

just one other question...i installed the xfce-cpugraph-plugin
and restarted xfce4 but i don't have the cpugraph in my taskbar..i looked in the settings but couldn't find anything

does anyoen know how i get that to appear in the taskbar?

i tried the obvious like running cpugraph, xfce-cpugraph, etc.. in the console

Right click on the taskbar and somewhere there should be an option to add plugins to the panel.

yeah i tried that, when i right click on the taskbar nothing happens

but when i right click on the xfce panel i get add new item, but i dont have the cpu-graph option anywhere there
