no, you can't.
distrowatch page still exists, but their site is defunct.

do you have a specific reason you want to use a distro that had its last release in 2003 afaics?

I no longer use it and would not recommend it. I purchased it years ago when it came with a computer I purchased from Frys. I believe it was a computer called Greater Quality.
