where is the SElinux Management in fedora 16
where??

In the Gnome 2 menu it's in System-Admin, but who knows what Gnome 3 has done. You might like to check that it's actually there:
/usr/bin/system-config-selinux |
You will need to install the policycoreutils, e.g.,
$ sudo yum install policycoreutils-gui.i686 It will then appear in Appplications | Other | SELinux Management. |
