They ship it from Isle of Man and it does take a few weeks. The URL is shipit.ubuntu.com and they usually send ubuntu stickers with your CDs.

I know everyone loves their software but back when I was using XP I used CDBurnerXP Pro every time http://www.cdburnerxp.se/.
