I tried a few different distros recently and went back to slack. Slackware 13 64 bit has been my desktop choice.

Gimme an S!
Gimme an L! Gimme an A! Gimme a C! Gimme a K! Gimme a W! Gimme an A! Gimme an R! Gimme an E! What does it spell? Huh, no idea, it's a long time since I was at school, and I never took any notice anyway. :) |
Arch, because it is so fast and you can make it anything you want.
|
Suse
|
My choice is opensuse. it allowed me to learn new things.
|
i like their live-usb creator.
unetbootin is more of a hack, the fedora usb creator was designed to make bootable usb drives. |
Debian. 'nuf said. ;)
|
More people need to use Zenwalk. :)

I'm varying again.
Mandriva has helped save one computer from being salvagable parts, but OTOH, it's also being a pest at the moment. Gentoo has long been a fascination of mine, one I'm trying to get into again, but sometimes I'm a little on the impatient side, so it's not always the best one for me. But overall, it's got to be Debian Squeeze. There's something about DEB systems that seems to just.... work. |
Slackware, it makes people "roll their own" ;)
