Why is there a chromium related update...

...if I don't have chromium installed?

While writing the subject, I remembered that scene in 'Office Space' about the paper jam: "Why does it say there is a paper jam when there is no paper jam!"

So, back to the update, when I saw it listed first thing that pops in my head is: I have chromium installed!?. So did a search for it and no chromium is installed.

The update is Extra ffmpeg codecs for chromium browser.

It is only a description text - update is not "chromium browser" related but "codecs used in chromium" related. And probably you have this packages installed: "chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra" or "chromium-codecs-ffmpeg". You can remove them if not using.

Used 'sudo apt-get remove chrom<tab>' and it expanded to 'chromium-codecs-ffmep-extra'. Went ahead and removed it.

Thanks for the tip.
