There are just Ubuntu and Ubuntu Gnome which introduce Snap through their 16.04 release announcements. Since Snap doesn't seem as a DE independent project (which is logical), I wonder what will happen for other Ubuntu flavors if one day Ubuntu drops .deb packages.
