Can not install seamonkey
Trying to install seamonkey on my laptop using link instructions at the bottom link.
It says, "Unable to locate package. http://linuxpitstop.com/install-seamonkey-on-ubuntu/ |
I think the install might have failed because the tutorial is for 15.04, and you have Ubuntu 16.04? You could try the Seamonkey Project instructions: http://www.seamonkey-project.org/doc...#install_linux
That is the wonderful thing about "open source" -- it gives us so much freedom and choice! :) |
Solved the problem by simply copying files from my desktop to the /opt directory of my laptop.

"Unable to locate package" indicates that you might have skipped the "sudo apt-get update" step.

When I ran it, it said

My mistake.
On my system, it is sudo apt update. |
