I tried that, and implemented it at the second attempt. Ctrl_Shift_F1-F4 . No wonder I couldn't find them - they were disabled.

BTW, whoever set up those keyboard was clearly on drugs at the time. Anything useful was disabled, or doesn't work. Anything useless was there, but didn't do what you'd expect.
