Better late than never: Happy Thanksgiving!
We don't celebrate it over here, so our turkeys are safe 'til Christmas.

Not all Slackers are American, and for them that Thanksgiving Day is an alien term. ;)

BUT, to all American Slackers around here, starting with our BDFL, I wish a sincere Happy Thanksgiving! :D

What is the UK equivalent/harvest festival?

brianL 11-24-2017 05:30 PM

It's been decades since I was a churchgoer, but they do have Harvest Festivals/services - no idea about the date though. It's not a big thing like Thanksgiving in the US.
