The plugin handles MOST online video, but the filthy MS code still gives it trouble. It's best when doing quicktime or divx.

Well I never installed the plugin for one. Two I have looked at the plugin dir in moz, firefox, and netscape and I don't see the xine.so anywhere. I have uninstalled xine, moz, firefox, and netscape. Reinstalled firefox and its still wants to take over the vid and music from shoutcast. Except now it doesn't do anything but come up with a black screen and "gine browser plugin" in the center and thats it. Nothing more, cause I uninstalled. it.
Help!!! lol FX |
hmm, so you don't see the plugin on the page when you type about:plugins in the adres bar?

I fixed it. I removed it from the /.mozilla dir in my /home.
